At SymBeauté, all hair extensions are sourced from authentic single-donor ponytails and undergo strict quality checks before shipping. Because raw hair is considered a hygienic product, all sales are final.
Please review our refund guidelines below.
All Sales Are Final
SymBeauté does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on:
- Raw Vietnamese or Cambodian bundles
- Frontals or closures
- Wigs
- Custom or pre-order items
- Discounted or promotional items
- Items purchased with installment plans
This policy ensures the safety, sanitation, and integrity of our raw hair.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
If you need to request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, email us at:

Approval is not guaranteed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly inspect every order before shipment.
However, if you receive an item that is:
- Incorrect
- Missing
- Visibly damaged upon arrival
you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@symbeaute.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or video of the issue
- The product still in its original condition (unused, unaltered, uninstalled)
If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.
Conditions That Void Eligibility
You will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit if the hair has been:
- Unwrapped or removed from the security band
- Installed, brushed, combed, washed, bleached, or dyed
- Cut, sewn, glued, or altered
- Exposed to chemicals or heat
- Defaced or tampered with in any way
Hair must be in original packaging, untouched.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
SymBeauté is not responsible for:
- Packages marked delivered
- Missed deliveries
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
Please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Chargebacks filed without prior communication will be treated as fraud.
We provide tracking, delivery confirmation, and product verification to the bank during disputes.
