Welcome to SymBeauté. These Terms govern your use of symbeaute.com and purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
1. About Us
SymBeauté offers raw Cambodian and Vietnamese hair extensions and related products. Throughout these Terms, “SymBeauté,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website.

2. Using Our Website
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
You agree to provide accurate information and use our website lawfully. Fraud, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access, and interference with website security are prohibited.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect our customers and business.
3. Product Information & Natural Variation
Raw human hair naturally varies between donors. Slight differences in color, texture, wave pattern, and appearance may occur between bundles and orders.
Product images illustrate the hair’s appearance. Lighting, screen settings, and styling can affect how colors and textures appear. Where hair is curled, straightened, colored, or otherwise styled for display, the finished look may differ from the product’s original texture.
Natural variation does not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.
Hair performance and longevity depend on installation, maintenance, styling, and care. We do not guarantee a specific lifespan or styling result unless expressly stated.
4. Orders & Payment
Please review your selected products, lengths, quantities, contact details, and shipping address before submitting an order.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process it.
We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable stock, material listing errors, payment issues, reasonable concerns about unauthorized transactions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled items and any associated shipping charges, as applicable.
Installment payments are also subject to the payment provider’s terms.
5. Prices & Listing Errors
Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
We may update prices and product information for future purchases. Price changes do not alter an already accepted order.
If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the correction. We will obtain your agreement before charging an additional amount or substituting a product. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel it and issue the appropriate refund.
6. Cancellations, Custom Orders & Pre-Orders
Cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Please email support@symbeaute.com within one hour of ordering to request cancellation. Approval depends on the order’s processing status.
Custom and pre-order items may have different preparation times, as disclosed on the product page or before purchase.
Cancellation restrictions do not limit any rights you have when we cannot fulfill or ship an order as required by applicable law.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times and estimated delivery information are provided on our product pages, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation options required by applicable law.
Carrier delays can occur. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can help investigate.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Address corrections and rerouting requests cannot be guaranteed after processing.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility, where applicable.
8. Returns, Refunds & Product Concerns
Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on hair products.
Our final-sale policy includes exceptions for confirmed defects, incorrect or missing items, and circumstances where applicable law requires a remedy.
Please review our Refund Policy for reporting instructions, eligibility, available resolutions, and refund timing. That policy governs returns and refunds if a summary in these Terms differs from it.
9. Hair Care & Alterations
Please inspect your order before installation or alteration and follow the care guidance supplied with your products.
Damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, chemical processing, coloring, bleaching, misuse, or inadequate maintenance is not covered by our product-concern policy.
If you discover a possible defect, stop using or altering the hair and contact us. Reasonable inspection does not automatically invalidate a claim.
10. Reviews, Photos & Customer Content
We welcome honest reviews, including critical feedback. Reviews must reflect your actual experience and must not contain unlawful material, threats, harassment, or another person’s private information.
You retain ownership of content you submit. When you submit a review through our review tools, you permit us to display it with the name or identifier you provide.
We will request your permission before using privately submitted photos or videos in promotional content or paid advertising. Any agreed use will follow the permission you provide.
We may moderate unlawful, abusive, spam, or unrelated submissions. We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative.
11. Our Website Content
Unless otherwise identified, SymBeauté’s branding, logos, original photographs, product descriptions, and website materials belong to SymBeauté or are used with permission.
You may browse and share links for personal use. Reproducing our materials for commercial use requires prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for payments, financing, reviews, marketing, and other functions. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
We do not control independently operated third-party websites or services. This does not remove our responsibilities for purchases made from SymBeauté.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or place an order.
14. Website Availability & Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate, secure, and accessible website, but temporary interruptions and errors may occur.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SymBeauté is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of our website or damage to products resulting from improper care or alteration.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically and will revise the date above when changes are posted.
Updated Terms apply to future website use and purchases. They do not retroactively change the terms of an existing order without your agreement, except where required by law.
