What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair cut directly from a single donor. No steam, no silicone, no chemical alteration — just pure natural texture.
Is your hair really single-donor?
Yes. Every SymBeauté bundle is sourced from one individual donor only. Never mixed or factory-blended.
Difference between Cambodian and Vietnamese hair?
Cambodian: Coarse, full, voluminous, lower luster
Vietnamese: Silky, smooth, consistent, higher luster
Both are premium — your desired look determines the choice.
Will bundles look identical?
No. Each donor’s hair is unique. Slight natural variations confirm the authenticity of raw hair.
Can the hair be bleached or colored?
Yes, raw hair lifts well. For best results, use a professional colorist. We are not responsible for damage from at-home bleaching.
Ordering & Bundles
How many bundles do I need?
• 16–18 inches: 2 bundles
• 20–24 inches: 3 bundles
• 26–30 inches: 3–4 bundles
• With a frontal: add 1 additional bundle
Are lengths true to size?
Yes — bundles are measured stretched, not in natural wave.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Email support@symbeaute.com for longer lengths, special textures, or specific requests.
Shipping & Processing
How long is processing time?
1–3 business days before shipping.
Which carriers do you use?
UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on location and shipping speed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for customs and import taxes.
Will I receive tracking info?
Yes, once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the hygienic nature of raw hair, all sales are final.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 48 hours with:
• Order number
• Photos/video
• Product in original packaging
If approved, we will replace the item or provide store credit.
Installation & Care
Should I wash the hair before installing?
Yes — always. Raw hair requires cleansing before install.
Why is the hair frizzy after washing?
Raw hair behaves like natural hair and may frizz slightly. Use a serum or leave-in conditioner.
Can I cut the wefts?
We do NOT recommend it. If your stylist needs to cut them, please request weft sealing.
How long does the hair last?
• Bundles: 2–5+ years
• Lace: 4–12 months (frontals/closures are delicate)

Why does my “straight” hair have a wave?
Raw straight hair can have a natural bend depending on the donor. This is normal.
