Before purchasing from SymBeauté, please review the information below.

Our goal is to ensure you understand exactly what to expect from true raw Cambodian and Vietnamese hair so your experience is 100% transparent and luxurious.





1. Our Hair Is 100% Raw & Single Donor



This means:


✔ No steam processing

✔ No chemical altering

✔ No silicone coating

✔ Each bundle is cut directly from ONE donor

✔ Natural variations are expected


If you prefer “perfectly uniform” hair, raw hair may not be the best choice.





2. Natural Variations Are Normal



Because raw hair comes from real donors:


✔ Luster may vary

✔ Slight texture differences between bundles

✔ Ends may vary in fullness

✔ “Straight” hair may have slight bends

✔ Wavy hair may loosen or tighten after washing


These are authentic raw hair characteristics, not defects.





3. You MUST Wash Before Installation



Raw hair comes in natural state from the donor and must be prepped:


✔ Shampoo

✔ Condition

✔ Deep condition for 15–30 mins


Installing without washing will cause dryness, stiffness, or tangling.





4. You Need an Experienced Stylist



We strongly recommend installation by a stylist who understands raw hair.

SymBeauté is not responsible for issues caused by:


✘ Cutting wefts

✘ Tight stitching

✘ Sewing through wefts

✘ Rough detangling

✘ Incorrect bleaching techniques


If wefts must be cut, they must be sealed.





5. Lace Pieces Require Extra Care



Closures and frontals have limited lifespan due to their delicate construction.


✔ Frontals: 4–12 weeks per install

✔ Closures: 2–4 months depending on maintenance


If you want long-term durability, closures last longer than frontals.





6. Heat, Bleach, and Products Will Affect the Hair



Raw hair can be colored, but only by a professional colorist.


SymBeauté is not responsible for:


✘ Overbleaching

✘ Using 40-volume developer

✘ At-home dye jobs

✘ Incorrect toner use

✘ Heat damage from daily flat ironing


Raw hair behaves like natural human hair — it must be protected.





7. Shedding & Frizz Are Normal for Raw Hair



Minimal shedding is expected, especially after washing.

Raw hair may frizz in humidity just like naturally growing hair.


Using:


✔ Lightweight oil

✔ Hydrating conditioner

✔ Anti-frizz serum


keeps the hair smooth and soft.





8. Long Lengths Require More Bundles



If buying:


  • 26–30 inches: 3–4 bundles
  • 32–36 inches: 4 bundles minimum



Raw hair tapers naturally because donors have natural hair growth patterns.





9. All Sales Are Final



For hygienic and authenticity reasons:


✔ No refunds

✔ No returns

✔ No exchanges


Once hair is opened, washed, colored, installed, or altered, it cannot be replaced.


If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours.
